In the residential market of the greater Portland Metro area, we saw inventory stay relatively low month-to-month from May to June of 2010. We hit a year-to-date low of 7 months of inventory in May 2010 and jumped just slightly to 7.3 months in June! When comparing June 09 to June 2010, closed sales increased 13.3%.
