Janeese,
I just got off the phone with you, I’m a broker with WindermereCCRG and have been working from home for a year. Been with the company 18 years.
In my search to find a community of sole practitioners, (I understand it’s now called just Principal Broker) You are the only person I’ve found…geez!
Wondering about:
E&O, where to get it.
Have talked to my insurance agent about personal liability insurance.
Need to be an LLC?
(Talked with Salem, it will cost me $10 to change my license)
Is there a community of people like you??? Shouldn’t there be?
I’m surprised that the information is so difficult to come by….
Thank you for any help you can provide me.
I’m sabrared@windermere…member of all the things including CRS, ABR etc…
I think I want to limit my business to buyers…your thoughts?
Again, thank you so very much,
Sabra Redfern
Hi Janeese! I don’t know if you remember me or not, but I have the townhouse at 8806 SE Brooklyn St – we tried to sell 2 years ago. Anyway, I just received notice that the current tenants do not want to renew their lease and want to rent month to month. What is the possibility of getting that place sold for a reasonable price and I don’t have to take a serious loss?
I am on vacation right now, but if you could call me next week after June 2, I would greatly appreciate it!
